Sale items

Sale items are non-refundable.

Can I return my items

​

Yes, we accept all returns within 14 days of receipt. In order to receive a full refund items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached.

Can I exchange my item? 

​

Currently, we cannot exchange items. The best option that we can recommend is returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order. 

​

 

If my item is faulty what do I do?

​

If you receive an item from us that is not in expected condition, please email us prettylaneboutique@mail.com and we will help to resolve this issue. 

​

 

If I received the wrong item, what should I do?

​

First of all, we apologise that something has gone wrong with your order. Please email within 7 days of receipt prettylaneboutique@mail.com in order to get this resolved. In this case we will offer an exchange or refund. 

​

Can I amend my order?

​

We currently cannot amend orders after they are placed.
